In the last month I have experienced numbness in my heel, top of my foot, and the front of my lower leg. It has gotten hard to hold weight on my leg anymore because of this- and I have fallen several times. I was previously working out regularly and have never had any issues with this in the past. I went to the doctor and she thinks it is possibly MS. I got blood work done but the results are not in yet. I really feel like it is some kind of nerve issue or muscle problem because when I cross my leg for too long it gets worse fast- leading me to think that the blood is not flowing properly. Has anyone heard of any of these symtoms before??? I am also having horrible charlie horses at night on the same lower leg, leading me to believe it could be some kind of potasium deficiency??? Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts. THANKS!!!

If I don't see the chiropractor for a long time, I get numbness or other pain in my leg like how you're describing. Go see a chiropractor and see if that clears it up. It may take a few visits or you may get results immediately.
If a chiropractor doesn't work and the doctor doesn't know what it is, see a homeopath or naturopath. I've had great success getting treated from them.
