Hi im a 21 year old male and for the past 2 years have had serve lower back pain i went to my doctor who said i might have some compressed disc's so i went to a chiropractor who did an xray and said he didnt really see anything but i had some decompression's done to be sure which didnt help this was about a year ago now i am having serve abdominal pain from my belly button to my pelvis and i also sometimes get sharp pain in my testicles which i thought might be a hernia got a CT scan and it didnt show one i also have constipation and Severely dry skin that wont go away and fatigued 24/7 small white bumps under the skin on my arm, legs, penis, and under my eye i have about 7 in total which my doctor said was some type of sugar build up that is like a crystal or something like that and now i have what looks like milky spots in my stool i have been to the doctor multiple times and nothing he is saying is working also went to the ER where i got the CT scan done and blood work they didnt find anything either and wrote it off as just constipation im 99% sure i have some sort of intestinal issue that no one is seeing i currently dont have the money/insurance to go to a gastroenterologist to get a diagnosis. i have manic depression, ADD, and panic disorder which i am taking vyavanse, lamictal, and adavan (have been on the adavan for over 5 years and never made me feel fatigued) anyway if anyone might have some idea of what this could be it would be extremely helpful thanks in advance
