I have an urgent question, i have been experiencing a ton of odd symptoms, and i have checked multiple diagnosis sights and i cant find an answer, can anyone help me? here is a list of my bizarre symptoms: headaches, dizziness, confusion, fatigue, nausea, belching, chest pains, difficuly breathing, difficulty swallowing, dry and barking cough, rapid breathing, muscle pains,joint pains, loss of appetite, bloating, paleness, and even trouble focusing on objects and sensitivity to light. can anyone help me?

hey guys, it wont let me edit this so im just going to comment on my own, but as of recently i have started getting palpatations and i dont know if this would count as a symptom, but i have been losing my train of thought alot.
