My boyfriend lost one of his testicles a couple years ago in an accident. I was wondering what the chances of him being able to father children with only testicle. Or is this just up in the air and we'll find out when we actually try? This is what a doctor told him, but I am looking for more concrete answers.

Assuming that the second testicle didn't suffer any damage in the accident, there is no reason at all why your boyfriend cannot father children. One testicle is very capable of generating enough sperm. Regards, John
