It is possible, but it is very little chance you get it. Hiv is transmitted through blood, and while performing oral sex, there is usually no blood involved. Let’s say there is a potential you get it if you have little wounds (open, bleeding wounds) in your mouth and you bite your partner in penis (huh, that must hurt), who has hiv… that is possibility of being infected. But, as I said, it is very little chance.
