I've had some minor pain after previous mammograms, but after this years procedure, I can't even drive my car. It's been 8 days now and I'm wondering if this will go away. I hope someone will answer and not just give lectures about this being a life saving procedure. I do believe that mammogram save lives, but what can I do about this pain....?

Almost every single woman undergoing mammogram feels pain - the severity depends on what amount of pressure is applied to the breast? Some experience it for months, while some settle down after two weeks or thereabouts. Request you to take some pain killers or revert back to your doctor if it really is very painful. Love and light
