So for a long time now I have felt a tingling sensation above my penis after I pee it almost feels like I have to pee really badly even though i just went pee recently this has gotten much worse I've also been experiencing bad pain in my knees arms shoulders feet and lower back also my arms and hands seem to fall asleep very quickly and as much as I move them it does not get better and the final thing is I have chest pains almost in the middle of my chest but slightly to the left the pain varies from a dull achy pain to a pressure to a sharp pain in my chest
