1 and a half ago, I had sex with a girl and for a brief period it was unprotected. I did a couple of stupid things beyond not wearing protection 1. contracted my muscles very tight to prevent any semen from coming out (I was drunk, obviously this would not work) 2. Excessively washed myself, including the tip, with a purfumey soap. Within 24 hours I could feel a slight itch at the tip and within a week pain in my testicles. All urine tests cab back negative, got treated with first macrobid then the 4 pills and 1 for std. After 1 month I'll tested negative for an std in both blood and urine doc performed a stiscosopy to verify there was no stricture. The doc called is prostititis and put me on an herbal supplement. After 7 months of hell (not peeing property, inflammation in my groin and surrounding area) I went to see a prostititis specialist. He performed an extended culture testing on sperm and urine that resulted in trich in only a 14 day culture of sperm. I have taken the following: Zithromax 2 weeks Flagyl: 3 weeks Doxy: 1 week in Cipro: 3 weeks Nothing has worked except the pain is no re localized to the tip and there is sometimes a single drip or clear or sperm color. Any ideas? ????
