im no doctor but i do think its because when you pee your anus tends to spasm especially when your doing your final shake n drip,you should be fine once your surgery wounds heal and if it persists after its healed then i suggest you go see your doctor to have a look see.hope i was helpful and good luck.

Stop panic! I know that inability to pee must be terrifying but since you just had your surgery you must give your body some time to heal. I am sure that doctor or surgeon has informed you that this is something that might happen and that you need to be patient for some time.
But if your condition stays like this you need to contact them and see what is going on.
I sincerely hope that you will be fine in a day or two and that you are worrying over nothing. We all have our fears and fear that something went wrong during the operation is one of the worst ones. Keep us posted about your condition.

I know nothing went wrong. The pain in my bottom is stopping me from peeing. I forgot to tell doc I have been on pain meds forever. So now what? He gave me Valium which I have been on for years. I am always alone with no damn help. Significant other never home until 9 pm and than he crashes. You cant even wake him up. Its unbelievable.
