Hi, im 16 years old and for the past month ive experienced testicular pain/soreness when standing up (usually goes away after sitting down for a while). This pain is not frequent meaning that i dont feel it every day. Any idea what it could be?

Some pain during puberty is normal.
It could be epididymitis. It's an inflammation of the tubes that carry sperm from your testes. Pain is often greater when standing.
Usually it resolves by itself.
Are you sexually active? It can be caused by an STD.
Are you uncircumcised? It can be caused by poor hygeine.
