Hi Cat,
Would you describe this as a bunch of worms?
If so, it would likely be epididymitis and it can be caused by an infection. Sometimes it's a urinary tract infection. Are you sexually active? It can also indicate an STD such as chlamydia.
You could give it a week or so and see if it changes OR see your doctor. A urologist would be who I recommend - they specialize in the male reproductive system.
Hope it helps.

I'm not sexually active and i have no pain just kind of annoying it feels like a bunch of lumpy veins on back of testie

Then it is not an STD. It could still be from a low grade infection.
Without an exam we can't tell. It is not, from your description, typical of testicular cancer. It does sound more like epididymitis. You may have a low grade infection.

Do you suggest that I wait a couple of weeks to see if it goes away or go to a doctor soon

As long as it is not bothering you, no pain or a heavy feeling in your testicle, let it wait. If things change, see your doctor.
If it is an infection it may clear on its own.

Sorry auto Correct I do have a sorta heavy felling (not airtight what ever that means)

Cat, it would be a good idea then to see your doctor.
Without an exam I can only offer general advice.

Near the top of what? On your testicle? Or the veins?
Cat, see your doctor for an exam. I don't think what you have is serious but it should be evaluated.
Keep us posted. Good luck.

Doctor says it is most likely varicose veins getting a ultra sound to be sure will post results of ultrasound when i get it

OK, that's a variocele. They are common and are really just varicose veins in the scrotum. Lots of guys have them. It may not need to be treated.
Sometimes, just as an FYI, it can cause low sperm counts. Ask the doctor about this.
Good luck.

Hi, I am 17, and I have small testicular veins, and I am terrified of girls noticing them! Do you think they will?
