I've noticed this more and more over the past few weeks, always after sex or masturbating.
After sexual activity, what I assume is the cord connecting the tesicle to the body seems to swell, or imflame. My right testicle, as a whole, feels heavy and there is a sensation, not of pain, but of dullness.
The whole area goes back to normal if I don't have sex, or masturbate for a few days, but as soon as I do, it's back again.
It's almost like a long thickish chain of "worms", running to the testicle?

This sounds a lot like a varicocele, an expanded, swollen network of veins that run between the body and the left testicle.
However, since you say that it swells after sex and also is on the right side, it may be something else. You need to speak with your doctor and go for an exam. It may be something as simple as some antibotics needed.
Get some peace of mind by showing to your family doctor. Don't be shy. He's seen it all.

You've just described a variocele.
Make an appointment to see a urologist. This is their area of expertise.
It may or may not need treatment but it should be checked. It is usually a fairly quick exam.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks everyone!
Well it went away and after sex this weekend it's back in full force.
Called the clinic this morning, all appointments were reserved, so i'm going to call again tomorrow.
Today, perhaps because of it's increase in size, the whole area feels tight, pressured and sore,- but not sure to touch. So maybe, discomfort would be a better adjective to use.
There was a pain there this morning, which i'd put down to the lump pushing against the testicle.
Cheers guys, I was also thinking,- hernia?
It's now a lump, like a ball, not wholly round. (It could have been before, just less prominent)
