Off and on for some time id get an ache in my left testicle and itd go away,a few weeks ago i had it and decided to go to the doctors,i had an ultrasound and it said i had mild epididtymis, but they told me to go to a urologist so i waited a week for that and it started to ache on my right side so the urologist gave me cipro and that seemed to stop the testicle pain but eversince both my groins have been throbbing and i can feel it sometimes in my waist area and in my lower butt on both sides, it feels muscluar in those instances but no movement or action makes it worse just my groin area is usually throbbing,i havent had trauma and am not sexually active, could this be caused by having epiditymis?

Cipro is a very strong antibiotic and is only prescribed for serious infections that need to be knocked down and NOW!
I was given it when a vasectomy site became infected, and it was very effective. I suspect that the Cipro you were issued has affected and cured the infection and inflamation that you experienced. I am unable to say if it was Epididtymus or not, but I would trust your urologist and the ultrasound.
Now, as for the redidual throbing, I am unclear where you a describing it. You have only one groin, that is the area between your legs. To says "groinS" would imply more than one. (Like saying your chests are throbing. ChestS?)
It's possible that some inflamation has spread and the lining of the scrotum is irritated, or the spermatacord or similar structure. But I AM NOT A DOCTOR. So, I'd recommend you return to your doctor to describe your pain, and if it is more than distracting, insist on being seen immediately. They will work you in, if your condition was not cured by the Cipro.
Good luck. See a doctor or medical professional to ask what could be causing the throbing that you continue to experience.
