About four or five years ago I thought I found a lump in one of my testicals. I went to the doctor to get it checked out and he said that it was most likely an infection on my epedidymus and gave me antibiotics. It didn't go away, but I though nothing of it as it didn't hurt. Fast forward to last month, I developed an intense pain in my lower back. I went to another doctor, a few actually and they told me that it was a disk problem. Still not entirely sure, I got an MRI, figuring that if it was something else it would be picked up in the MRI. After looking at it the doctors said that it was a herniated disk in my L2/L3. The pain now has intensified in my testicals and it feels like all the muscles are connected and like the pain is radiating from my balls. My whole midsection is in pain and I get weird aches that are pretty intense. Is there a chance that this is a cancer that has spread from my testicals up to my back? Would the MRI have picked this up if it was the situation? I'm 23 and know that I'm in the right age range for testicalur cancer so I'm kinda freaked out about all this, especially since I feel like if it is a cancer that has gone ignored it would be pretty bad at this point. Please Please help.
