i experiance painful cramps in my lower abdomen & i just want 2 double over. Sometimes i can be walkin & i will have 2 suddenly stop because i have shootin pains through my stomach. i also have heavy periods lastin bout 10 days & they are also irregular because it can be anythiin from 20-41 days for my next 1. its so frustratin because i have no signs i am goin 2 start because i have very painful stomach cramps all the time. I know that it aint because i am pregnant becasue at 14 i havent even thought about havin sex with my boyfriend i have had for nearly 10 months. any ideas thanks. please write back soon.

If you have been having sex with your boyfriend, have you been using protection or anything like that? I just want to make sure that you can definitely rule out pregnancy. Are you taking birth control at all? I think that if you aren't, you might want to consider it because it can help regulate your periods. I hope that this helps...
