Hi, last tuesday I sneezed, the pain in my left side was extruciating, I felt a sharp twang and hotnesss in the area, It took my breath away, i couldnt breathe, At first I thought I had cracked or broken a rib, but the hospital said the most likley cause could be a detached ligament (tendon). It is very painful.
When I am upright, the pain is not as severe, but when I attempt to sit, the pain is a lot worse, I have to sit on the very edge of the couch.
I cannot lay on the left side, and if I accidently twist, the pain is as worse as before.
When I laugh, it definatly hurts.
Going to the loo is a task in itself.
