I am just wondering how likely I am to get HPV after my partner found out he had it... every time we had sex we used a condom so I amnot sure If I should worry or not.

You're still at risk. It's a skin to skin transmission so him just rubbing against you would transmit the disease. I still got it even though my partner and I used condoms. He didn't know he had it so he didn't bother to protect his entire thigh area.
