I have this nickel sized lump that is attached to the scrotum skin. I noticed it basically overnight. I squeezed it at first and a small amount of white stuff and blood came out. After i did that my lymph node in my lower abdomen mildly hurts if I move a certain way. I again squeezed it today and A LOT of white puss and blood came out and I continued to squeeze it to get the rest of it out and a small dark abcess what looked like dried blood came out. Does anyone know what this could be?
