One month ago I noticed bump in my left scrotum. It is pea sized. This bump is white and fairly firm. I was squeezing it and tried to pop it, but nothing happened. I feel no discomfort, just this pea sized bump on scrotum. At first I thought it was an ingrown hair or a zit, or something similar, but now I am afraid it is STD. Could this be STD?

White and firm bumps on the scrotum are very common and are called cysts. They usually do not go away. You can get them removed, especially if they are big and are interfering with daily activities. I am almost sure this is not STD, but it is cyst. If you want to be 100 % sure, get this checked with your doctor.

Hello everyone I have also bump on scrotum, for more than ten days, and I am very scared, and I have no idea what shall I do. I had the same thing a white pea size bump I took a razor and cut the top of the bump and squeezed it....What came out was a white hard clay like substance. Hope this helps!

Did you ever find out what it was? My son is 3 years old and for 6 months he's had 3 bumps on his scrotum. Took him to the doctor, they prescribed creams for him, but to no avail nothing has worked. We go see a dermatologist in Jan.
