Hello. I am 34 years old and I want to ask you about my problem. I have had a big rash on my penis several years ago and have treated it with hydrocortisone (diagnose was dermatitis). I was fine for a while but then again something happened. I felt pain and decided to use hydrocortisone, and it helped for a while, then rash came again. What is penile reaction to hydrocortisone? Should I be worried?

Of course, every time there is something wrong with our bodies that truly is a sign for worrying, but not panicking. It is quite possible that repeated use of hydrocortisone caused your new developed rash, but it does not have to be so. Since your doctor helped you effectively in the first situation, I do not see any reason why he should not be able to help you with your present one.
