hey,
my girlfriend has over the past month or two been getting really bad pains in her lower right abdomen after sex.pains in her back area too where her kidneys are.after sex the other day her whole stomach area swelled up and she couldnt move.
also when i penatrate her deep sometimes my penis catches something deep inside.its like a lump or something odd which i have no idea what it could be.it causes her great pain.
any advice on both of these matter would be greatly aprecated.

If your penis is "catching something" which gives her great pain, it could be the cervex, or a cyst, or a lump.
