The thing that is concerning me is that your anus is also in pain. When I first read your post I was thinking that this might be caused by urinary tract infection. Burning pain when you urinate is the main symptom of urinary tract infections. Now I don’t know if urinary tract infection might be causing the pain in your anus as well. The pain in anus sounds to me like hemorrhoids. Did you have any problems with hemorrhoids? You are young but this can happen at your age. Are you taking any medication tight now? I think doctors usually prescribe some antibacterial medication for urinary tract infection treatment. Are you sexually active? Could this be causing your problem?
