me and my boyfreind had unprotected sex and i went to the doctor to get tested and all my results came back negative we recently had sex 3 days ago and now every time i go to the bathroom it burns while i urinate i don't think i have an std but i am confused as to whats wrong me.

It could be urinary tract infection. The most common symptom of UTI is burning feeling and frequent urination sensation.
