I'm not sure if there's any solution to this but every time I have sex my perineum tears and therefore bleeds and I am left in pain and can not have sex with my boyfriend for the next few days (I use lots of lube so that's not the problem)....then when we do have sex again the same thing happens...if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them because I am getting desperate and very depressed about this whole thing....thank you

I was having the same problem. Intercorse was consistently painful (especially during penetration), and I finally went to see a gynecologist She suggested that I put sex on pause, let the tear fully heal, the begin massages/ stretching exercises specific for that area. This will hopefully condition the area enough to withstand the streching done during intercourse.
Some of this information is targeted towards pregnant women, but these are still relavent to those of us not expecting.
