I know that vitamin B is harder to digest as you age but my symptoms go away as long as I keep taking the supplements. If I have more than one meal without them the symptoms return the next day( for at least 5 years now). I can't help but wonder if I am putting a bandaid on a larger problem.
I had drank heavily for years and had my liver tested due to easy bruising but I am sober now and my test came back fine. I am only 33 and in good overall health. Am I going to have to start using the under the tongue B so early? Should I have other tests run?
