I had unprotected sex on the 14th day of my cycle (yeah, i know, rocket science). I took Plan B exactly 36 hours after that (that was the soonest i could get it) I felt a "pelvic fullness" for about 2 days after that and since then, nothing. I took a preg test about 8 days after the "incident" and it was negative. Now my period it due today (14 days post "incident") and I feel nothing! I am going to get another preg test tomorrow. I was reading that a lot of people get bleeding within a few days of taking Plan B but I have had nothing. I am 35 years old and single and this is the last thing I want. I screwed up and I am freaking out. Any feedback would be appreciated!

a pregnancy test won't work 8 days after sex, you need to take it 15 days after sex for it to be able to pick up the hormones it's designed to look for. at 8 days post sex the hormone levels won't be high enough to be detectable.
