can somebody help me with this.
Its been long time that i had a lump on my testicle. i can feel it is floating inside. and first i used to have one lump but now i feel there is another lump. there is no pain.And other thing is one testicle is big in size compared to other one. But i heard it is very common thing from one doctor before.
But does anybody has any idea about this painless lumps in testicles.
My age is 26.

There are many conditions that can cause lumps in the testicles. Most of them usually cause slight discomforts in the area. However, the lupm you are feeling may be the lump of epididymis, which is a tube at the back of the testicle that collects sperm. You also need to be aware that testicular cancer is painless and that is why I would recommend you to go and have yourself checked. Even if it is not cancer, there are other conditions that can cause infertility. Good luck!
