Today(1/14/13) I got a positive home pregnancy test. I had unprotected sex with my child's father on 12/3/12. I was due to come on my period on 12/23/12 but I came on a week early(12/16/12). On 1/2/13 I had an unfortunate situation take place and was taken advantage of and there was no protection used. The guy did pull out and cum in his hand so I thought I would've been in the clear. For the past week and a half or so I have been having breast tenderness and realized that I should have come on my period on 1/16/13 and I didnt. I have been urinating often and feeling really tired. Is it still possible that my child's father could be the father of this baby or could it be the evil nasty guy's baby?! I am so confused and don't know what to do or think.

If you had a normal period on 12/23/12 then you likely weren't pregnant then.
It is very possible that you conceived as a result of the 1/2/13 event. The timing, day 10 will work. Sperm can survive about 5 days so it covers when you likely would ovulate.
