I'm a 24 year old guy, average sex life and have had no std's or sti's. I have had the odd pimple on my scrotum, and have been told by a doctor before that that can be normal and not to worry. However I had another recently, squeezed it and had some white discharge and then a small amount of blood. Wasn't too concerned. But it is several days later and I can still get small amounts of white out of it. It also seems to have something next to it on the inside of the skin. There is a irritated area at the pimple but the rest that is under the skin is only noticeable by feel. It's about 1/4 inch long and tubular like a blood vessel from what I can tell. Is this something to get checked out? Has anyone heard of something like this. It does not hurt, but just seams odd. Wondering if it is a cyst or even an ingrown hair?

I would have it checked. It may be nothing serious, but it could also be something that would spread, especially if you're getting fluid out of it when squeezed. The thing about skin eruptions anywhere on the body is that it may also be a result of something happening with another body system, that is manifesting itself on the skin when the body found favorable conditions to try to cleanse itself. It could be a yeast infection, which is relatively easy to cure. After taking the medication he or she prescribes, also eat yogurt to repopulate the good flora in your intestines (this is where your immune system resides and what can prevent future skin outbreaks) and if you like garlic, eat it liberally (it's a whole body disinfectant and loves to kill yeast!)
