i get every 6 months or so, a big, hard, red pimple on the lower side of my neck! there is no pus and it comes back every so often around the same parts of my neck...is this acne? How do i get rid of it????

I think it will keep coming back. I mean, you have to squeeze it out the next time it appears. I remember I had one on my chest that was persistent, it was just there for like 3 months and then I squeezed it out and it was gone but then after 2 months it reappeared on the same spot. Then I asked my sister to clean it so she did, and I had no problems with it before but it was nasty and it left a scar on my chest. So, my suggestion is to have someone look at it better, your mom, aunt or sister so they can try to squeeze it out or something.
Maybe its even ingrown hair, have you considered that? If yout pimple definitely can’t be squeezed out then I would go to get that checked by a dermatologist. Hope this helps
