Hey, about 2 weeks ago I noticed an inflamed pimple like spot in between my scrotum and my thigh, after popping it a fair bit of puss and blood came out. popping it did not stop the inflammation and the area continued to hurt days after until finally disappearing a week later, now very recently I have discovered another white head like spot on my pubic region above the base of my penis. I attempted to pop it but this didn't work and just made the area slightly more painful, I examined where the initial spot was an found that the skin is a little bit flaky and the area where the spot used to be gets very discolored when squeezed as if there is a fair amount of blood under the skin, I also noticed that some of the hair follicles on that side have whitish bases and the skin feels a tiny bit inflamed underneath them, I have not had sex in two months.

Just try to keep the area clean and dry. Take cooler showers more frequently especially after physical activity.
