Hi I am 19 yo and had my gallbladder out 7 months ago back in December 2016. After the surgery I had typical symptoms of no appetite, bloating and nausea when eating, but it got better after about a month. I was even able to reduce my medication count from 17 medications to 5.

In January 2017, I was living a practically normal life. I was diagnosed with IBS so I took stuff for that, but I was good. Those meds worked, and I could eat mostly normal again, I could even have small amounts of fatty or greasy food every now and then. But out of nowhere, near the end of April/ beginning of May 1017, all my medication just stopped working, when it had worked the previous day just fine. After my meds stopped working, I began getting stomach pains, bloating excessively, nauseous at the smell of any food, throwing up anything I ate, and I was in so much pain that I couldn't move out of bed or go to school for 2 weeks. I went to the hospital several times and they all said it was IBS, and today, July 2017, I'm still the same way. I have tried new meds but nothing works. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a cure for whatever this is? Or even a diagnosis for what this is?

thanks!
