I had my surgery for internal hemmorhoids (using staples) just over a week ago, but late last night I discovered that there is a huge hump on the inside of my rectal cavity (protruding from the right side) and blocking half of the cavity (half the size of a golf ball and is hard).

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Unfortunately, I am unable to reach my doctor.

Thanks.

Did your doctor tell you that the procedure was successful and that your hemorrhoids were successfully eradicated? Or you are about to have your follow up?
It may happen that the surgery was unsuccessful and that it failed to remove the hemorrhoids. This is likely to happen when the hemorrhoids are large and joined. If the tissue was too large, maybe the device couldn’t gather it or something like that?
