I had sex with my boyfriend on the 10th day of my cycle. He pulled out (in time). But right after, my breasts started hurting, and they still do (today is the 20th day of my cycle). My breats are always tender before my period so this isn't new to me, but I find it odd that they started hurting that early and that soon after sex. Any chance I'm pregnant?

....Im sorry, but Purplerain, there isnt even enough information there to say such a nonchalant answer.....
*sigh* as purplerain said, the pullout method is always chancing it. BUT, how soon after did your breasts start hurting?
If we are talking ANY sooner than a week, it is not a sign of pregnancy.
It takes about 4 days for you to literally get "pregnant". that is why the morning after pill (plan B) can work up to 72 hours after sex.
Sore breasts could be caused by a number of things, rough foreplay, a coming period, or other small reasons. I dont think you have anything to worry about this time.
BUT, as i am sure you already know, this wont be the last time you have sex. So that you can make things easier on yourself, use some other form or protection, birth control, or condoms. That way you have less worry, and therefor less stress.

Purplerain, I came here hoping that doctors or other professionals were on the board. I have done much research on this. I always get myself informed before i make any decision. When i had gone as far as i figured i could learn by just reading, i came on here for help. I already had the knowledge, i just wanted a second opinion, or a professionals opinion.
There is no need to get pissed. I am not a qualified doctor, i am an educated user.
Do not judge me. All you said was yes, and that the pullout method wasnt a good way to prevent pregnancy. You offered NO help / advice. Obviously, she knows the pullout method isnt a great prevention method, otherwise she wouldnt be here asking if she was pregnant.
Finally, purplerain, i have no quarrel with you. BUT, if you are going to post, offer SOME KIND of help. As i said, im not a doctor. Im an educated user. For that reason, i will offer what knowledge i can. If you know what you are talking about, post CONSTRUCTIVE advice.

This is a calm forum, we would like to keep it that way. Please make sure that you know what you are talking about before you post. If you are in doubt, move on to the next question.
In the meantime, Purplerain and Eternalcold please play nice.
Should you choose to post a reply, please offer up a little detail as the person on the other end of the question is looking for some advice.
FYI...in some instances, conception can take place right away!!
