Pull out method is NEVER a good idea without a condom because he has PRECUM, this is just a chance to set you up for pregnancy.
The body is a wonderful organ that just somehow knows what it's doing, just that we small brained humans don't, go figure.
So many issues surrounding the problems of WHAT IF?
One thing I've noticed is, that I read a post for a woman who lives in the USA, she just turned 50 yrs old, she has 3 older boys, 15,17, 20. She hasn't had a period for like 10 yrs and one day it shows up, she thought what in heck is going on here. Her GP told her she was in the menopause stages, there's no way she could be pregnant.
Ok she thought perhaps its something else. She decided to wait and in 8 weeks she started to feel different, she had cramping, her nipples hurt like the dickens, her breasts were getting fuller and around her nipples they were her normal pinkish color, not dark like when you are experiencing pregnancy.
Her appetite is usually normal, so she thought weird cravings for anything, just seemed out of the ordinary. She craved milk when she absolutely hated it. She was eating more than she was used too. She gained 15 pounds in 10 days.
Ok she goes to the doctor and gets a check up, she gets a form to have some blood work done.
In a few days the phone rings, her doctor wants her to come in, so in goes her and her husband.
The Doctor asks her what would you like to hear first the good news or the bad news first, she says the bad news.
The Doctor says, the bad news is your bleeding is not a period after all, it is something totally different, so she's thinking and says the good news?
He said in 7 months you and your husband will be welcoming a brand new addition home. The look on her and her husband's face-priceless.
She had a baby girl, she weighed 7lbs-8oz's and was 21 inches long.
So not to have a period for 10 yrs and all of a sudden she has a baby girl, what are the odds on that one?

You can certainly start experiencing pregnancy symptoms before your period is due, and the symptoms you mention are classic pregnancy signs. Swollen/sore breasts, fatigue, and nausea are especially so. You usually don't get heartburn until later in a pregnancy, so that is probably a coincidence.
Having said that, I know from experience that just thinking you could be pregnant can make pregnancy symptoms appear. You pay more attention to your body as you are looking out for pregnancy signs, and then you interpret anything that could be a possible pregnancy sign as a suspicion you are pregnant. One amplifies the other, if you know what I mean.
Of course, you can get pregnant using the pull-out method, especially if you don't watch your fertile days and avoid intercourse on those days. The best advice anyone can give you is to take a pregnancy test as soon as your period is delayed.
