We had outer course on the 25th of February, I finished near my girlfriends vagina, but not on.
She started bleeding about 8 days later, it was red/brown, and lasted for four days.
We took a test two weeks after the 25th..then another after three weeks. Both tests were early detection ones.
So here we are now, she is still late..We are still scared.

If sperm did not get into her vagina, she can not get pregnant. Home pregnancy tests are effective as soon as two weeks after having sex when used correctly. Did she use her FIRST morning urine? It is important for best accuracy.
It sounds as though she had her period on/about March 3. If it was "normal" for her then it is unlikely that she is pregnant. She isn't due on again until the end of March.
From your description and the test results it is unlikely she's pregnant. Hope it helps.
