Over the past 8 days I have had very tender breast, cramps, muscle spasms in my pelvic area and a constant dull ache, my lower back is killing me, ive had heartburn everynight for the past 8 days and I feel very fatigued needing to take a nap right when I get home from work. My cycles are very irregular and I dont ovulate regularly.. one month I have a 28 day cycle and the next it can be about 45. My last period started Dec 1 st and lasted for 7 days. Ive been charting my temps for the last few months and according to my chart I possibly ovulated around the Dec 24th and I was sexually active with my husband around that time. The 27th, 28th, and 29th of Dec I had some spotting it was pinkish in color and very light, only seem when wiping. I think it was too early to be implantation spotting because it happened 3 days after I supposedly ovulated so maybe it was just mid-cycle spotting I dont know.

When I started having the symptoms listed above I thought maybe I had a UTI because I had one two months ago and I had the same dull ache and cramping in my pelvic area, so I bought a home UTI test and it came back negative. Is it possible I could be PG and if so is it still to early to be having all of the symptoms? And if I take a pregnancy test could the UTI interfere with getting an accurate result on the pregnancy test? I am going to the bathroom more often but there is no burning.. stinging or foul smell to my urine.. the only difference is that my urine is a lot lighter in color and as weird as this sounds it kind of smells like cheerios (which I dont eat) its almost a sweet kind of smell. Im just a little concerned with whats going on in my body because I just dont feel "right" and I cant get in to see my obgyn until next week. Anyone ever experienced anything like this before or have any insight?
