problems with my female organs

I figure I should go see a doctor but I'm afraid to, especially if there's a problem with my vaginia... ugh.
I'm in the military, met a nice military guy and we've been together for a while now. We've been sexually active with one another for about 3 months now. Everything has been fine up until now. I use the ring for birth control and then he pulls out to. Last weekend he didn't pull out. And the start of the week I started to get really itchy down there. Itchy like when ur skins dry out and itches. During the day it didn't bother me, id completely forget about it but at night when I was trying to go to sleep it would get itcy again. As the week went on it got a little better so I figured maybe an infection... my bodys just probably not use to haveing sperm down there and that it'd go away eventually.... the past weekend we went out again and last night the itchness came back. Then today its been feeling like I have to pee constantly, even if I just got done useing the bathroom id still get the feeling. I normally pee out of my vaginia, its always been that way and I've never had a problem with it so I figured it should be ok. But now I'm peeing out blood/ urine when I do pee and right after I pee I have the peeing sensation but so extrem it hurts. I don't think its an std because I think I would have noticed sooner, he does precum and he doesn't pull out for that and there's never been a problem. Could it be an infection? I've never had problems with my vaginia before so I don't know what to do or think of it or how to handle this situation. I don't even know how id approch a doctor about this issue. I'm very embarresed and self concience...I don't know who to speak to about this issue so I came here hopeing id be able to get some help... [/img]
