See your doctor. Green and itchy indicate an infection.
Green can indicate an STD, but it may not be since you've had this before you became sexually active. Trichomoniasis is one STD that can produce a green discharge.
An exam is required.
Good luck.

You do need to see your doctor. As I said before green and itchy indicate an infection.

Green vaginal discharge usually indicates a bacterial infection. This doesn't have to be an STD although it often is. If you haven't been sexually active at all, or you have had symptoms since before you were sexually active, a bacterial infection can come from using dirty hands to insert a tampon, etc, etc.
Itchy discharge usually points to a fungal infection.
Whatever the cause of your green discharge is, I'd advise you to take it seriously and see a doctor. Untreated infections increase the risk of all kinds of pelvic complications, so you will want to get seen to as soon as you can.
