I'm sexually active and have been so for awhile. I always use protection, but I'm not on birth control. Recently, the condom slipped and I got Pan B, an over the counter emergency form of birth control, and took it the next day. I took the Plan B as the directions said, and I got my period one week later. The thing is though, I've been on my period for the past 14 days. Also, my previous period ended 14 days BEFORE I took the Plan B. Could something be wrong? I made an appointment with a gynocologist and plan on getting on birth control, but my appointment isn't for five days. What could be the possible reasons for my elongated period?

I doubt that anything is wrong. Blan B can disrupt your period and cause irregular, shortened, or lengthened periods. Since your are going to your gyn soon, she (or he) can tell you for sure if there is an issue.
In the mean time, don't sweat it. You're not going to die. XD
