So, I was just wondering here. My cycle days tend to vary by a day or two, so I'd say I'm regular. Anyways, my past 4 periods have been a 'tad light, and started earlier than usual (usually it's been 28-31 days in between). And I think the explanation is that me and my mom usually go around the same times, and since she (what we believe) is starting to become premenopausal she got her period a week before she'd normally get it, so could her new cycle effect mine? I calculated that my luteral phase this month for example was 8 days, so could that contribute to my shorter periods? Because I still seem to ovulate the same time I used to, but my periods have been coming sooner. Thanks in advance!
