Hi all,
This question goes out to all who can help me - especially The user BAMBI (I heard good thIngs about you, that is if you're still active)
Anywho, my girlfriend's been having a weird cycle and it's beginning to worry me. Her last period was on Sept 14 (i think) which she told me was a bit early. We had sex before ( in august, protected - cum was never near the vagina at all) it's oct 17 now and she has not gotten hr next period. Funny thing is, we didn't have sex in between the two cycles! We had oral and stuff between the last period and now, but I'm super paranoid and we clean ourselves before and after. She tells me she usually gets her period around the 20th. So it could be a fluxation with the September one or this current one. Either way, she has no symptoms at all. She tells me she gets this white discharge always before her period so that's happened for the last two days. I'm extremely worried that somehow something happened, but this possible weird cycle is concerning me extremely and I have grown too paranoid. Anyone who can help, please do - I will answer as much as I can!

A women's body fluctuates ALL THE TIME. The thing to understand about periods is that it's never a sure thing and you may be worrying for nothing. Sometimes periods come late or even skip for several months even if you're not pregnant because hormones may be changing. And sometimes they may come more often than once a month. If you want to be sure, you may want to take a pregnancy test but I would just give it some time. I hope that helps.

Hi,
Thank you for your response! Are you a doctor? What do you think my odds are? Do you think I'm safe?

Hey guys,
I'm really anxious about all this. Any feedback will be appreciated. I don't think we are (precautions taken) but it's just bugging me that she didn't get it yet. I'm praying by the 20th she'll get it.
Anyone please tell me anything!

Guest,
Hang in there. It's not unusual for a woman to have her periods vary a bit especially when they are young.
Right now you said she's experiencing discharge, just like she normally has before her period. If you didn't have sex since her last period, then it isn't likely she is pregnant.
Variation is normal in nature.

No sir, paramedic.
Even when everything is perfect, the odds of pregnancy are about 1 in 5.

Well, we haven't had sex in a month...so, that greatly increases our chances no?
What's your take Dan? I need as much feedback as possible, I'm dying here.

IF she had a normal period last month AND you have not had sex this month, then she isn't pregnant.
Again, it's normal for periods to sometimes be a bit early or a bit late, or even miss one altogether.
Illness, stress, or heavy activities can also cause her period to be late. Starting/Stopping contraception can make it early or late.

she had a normal period last month (sept 14) which is a bit early for her - but that's the only variable. The last time we had sex was probably before the September Period (with protection and no way cum went near the vagina). We didn't have intercourse (at all) just oral/fingering and whatever, and again - I'm always nervous so we always clean before and after - thoroughly.
Do you honestly believe that with all being said, there's no chance of her being pregnant? Do you think this is all a giant overexaggeration? I'm suffering from anxiety attacks because of this lol.

As long as your hands were clean, no semen on them. Even that would be unlikely as sperm is fairly fragile.
If you didn't have intercourse since then, then it is not likely that she is pregnant.
Not to start something but you may also consider that I mean by you.
If she was pregnant, if, she would likely have noticed some brown spotting this week, very light. It would be implantation spotting. Since you don't say that, I don't think she is pregnant.
Please, relax.

No, no sort of spotting over the last few days. Only the white discharge that she experiences right before her period.
Thanks again Dan, I am just trying to cover all the bases.
On the September period, the night before her main period she noticed a light spotting - pinkish. The next day her main period came along - regular colour, flow and everything. This wouldn't be something to worry about would it?
Would the Implantation bleeding have occurred already (or should it occur sometime this week - IF it happens) I doubt it, since we haven't had sex. Would there be any other signs that I could look for that would lead to pregnancy or anything?

A little spotting the day before her period starts is not unusual. Regular flow, color, etc., is a good sign.
Implantation bleeding, if she's to get it, normally occurs the week before her period is due.
I doubt it will happen.

So you think we're safe to rule out pregnancy? I shouldn't worry about the september period/implantation Bleeding?
She didn't get her period this morning, should there be a date when I should begin to worry?
What do you think?!

The spotting in September does not seem to indicate implantation bleeding. It was just before a NORMAL period so pregnancy is very unlikely.
You said she's normally due around the 20th and that she is having discharge that normally occurs just before her period. Wait a week or so.
She can always take a home pregnancy test if she is late. Testing early will result in a negative however.
