You have to want to quit. Like really, really want to. The one thing that has actually been proven to work is Psilocybin. The active ingredient in "magic mushrooms". Lol. Seriously, a study showed that it had a really high success rate and when I thought about it, yeah, it made sense. Whenever I took magic mushrooms, I did not feel like smoking did anything for me. It was like I was smoking, just for the sake of smoking, not because I felt I needed to and it seemed like I didn't want to or need to. I need a nicotine fix when straight, but never felt like I did on shrooms. There is a Pharma version of it in pill form.
