I am 34 and stopped NuvaRing 3 months ago (in February). Since then I have noticed that I have gained a noticable amount of weight.  Has anyone else experienced this and what have you done to help take that extra weight off.   Any advice is greatly appreciated as I am ttc and this extra weight is just an added stress.
