I'm 17 and I've have irregular periods since they started when I was 13. At the age of 14 there was nothing until late 15. I havent had one for about 6/7 months. Then yesterday one started and it was really heavy worse than they usually are. I've gone through 2 packs of sanitary towels in the two days I've been on and I can't go out because I have to change every hour or so. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do about it?

no thats not normal at all. you should go see a doctor. for one you arent suppose to go that long without a period unless pregnant so if you werent that is extremely strange. so please go see a doctor so you can understand the issue. also to get regular periods they can give you birthcontrol. with most birthcontrol you can get your period every month. but please go see a doctor
