Hello. I'm 34 year old male and I'm having some delicate problems. You see, just recently my girlfriend has noticed that I have this tiny bump on my testicle. I have never seen it before and must admit- it was pretty unpleasant experience for me.
It doesn’t causing any pain but when I press it with my fingers, mild discomfort, not pain, occurs.
Could anyone please tell what could be the cause of all this. My girlfriend is pretty nervous because she suspect it is sign of some sexually transmitted disease and that I could be cheating on her!
How could I explain to her that this isn’t truth and that she has nothing to be worried about?

Well, I would really like to help you but I must tell you that she could be right. It could be a sign of some sexually transmitted disease, especially if the bump is small and cauliflower-like.
Then we are talking about warts.
But in most cases it is usually nothing like this. Tiny, smooth bumps on the scrotum and shaft of the penis are normal and are simply hair follicles or sweat glands.
These follicles can be inflamed but in this case it would causes you pain and the bump would be filled with some white substance that I don’t know what it is! Talk with your girlfriend again and tell her that you will visit your urologist to prove her that she’s wrong about you.
