Hello. I'm 25 year old male and I have developed some serious and delicate problems.
I'm sexually active for almost eight years now and I'm afraid that I have maybe developed some sexually transmitted disease.
About ten days ago I have noticed that I have few boils on my penis.
They were reddish, felt like something under the skin and would eventually sort of open, drain and go away.
The thing that confuses me the most is the fact that I've not been with anyone for more than a year now. Could this be some sexually transmitted disease or something less serious? I didn’t tell anyone anything about this and I need some quick answers.

Hello. I'm very sorry that you’ve developed this unpleasant condition and I see you’re frightened about all this.
Because, you’ve said that you didn’t be with anyone for almost a year and just recently you’ve had breakout of these boils- I really doubt that you have developed some sexually transmitted disease.
The description reminds me most of blocked follicles from friction and moisture.
My advice for you is to leave those boils and don’t touch it or try to squeeze them. You could only make things worse. Wash your genitals with hot water and soap once a day and they will disappear- guarantee you. If they don’t disappear- contact your urologist.
