I have recently noticed red tiny dots or specks of blood it looks like on my scrotum. They are about the size of a pin head and seem to be following the main veins on my scrotum. It is itchy sometimes around my ground area but I dont know if thats just because I cant stop thinking about what it could be. I have not had sex in about 6 months and they came like 2 months ago. they are not full with ne thing and do not puss or nothing like that. Any ideas?
