I have gotten red dots on my scrotum around the veins. They are about the size of a pin head and seem to have a tiny bit of blood or in them. They do not puss or any thing, But when i run my hand past it it disappears. Have not had sex in about 7 months. and they came about around 3 months ago. It is itchy but I think its just because I am thinking about it and worrying because when im keeping myself occupied I dont notice it.
Any ideas?

I am going to be going to the doctor next week but just seeing what you guys think. After searching a bunch angiofibromas is what it sounds like the most.
They are a very dark almost blackish red color
