Hi all, I've seen several posts on the topic but none that include the left side of the scrotum being full of what feel like veins. The veins don't hurt but the black dots that seem to get worse every time I masturbate start to get irritating.
I'm 28 yrs old and have been masturbating since I was 12. The veins in the left scrotum have steadily been filling that side since high school (almost 10 yrs ago). I'm starting to get worried now that the dots are forming around the scrotum.
Any ideas?

I suspect that you've developed a varicocele.
If you think the black dots are related, and they hurt, you'll want to go for an exam with a family doctor first, and then a urologist of a second opinion, but only if the GP refers you.
